He humorously described the experience saying, "Fell like a sack of spuds," indicating the unexpected nature of the mishap.
The unfortunate incident resulted in a fractured femur, which ultimately required him to undergo surgery to replace his hip. Currently in recovery, Morgan informed his followers that he will be using crutches for the next six weeks and will need to avoid long-haul flights for 12 weeks. He added a touch of humor to the situation, remarking, "New Year off to a cracking start!" and playfully attributing his misfortune to Donald Trump.
